里斯本服務式公寓 - 埃斯特雷拉 (Lisbon Serviced Apartments - Estrela)

Only book this place if you enjoy sleeping in hot rooms and with lots of mosquitoes. Hotel knowingly sold rooms with non working aircon (there were other guests complaining about the same issue during our stay). If you don’t open the windows, it gets extremely hot but if you do, many mosquitoes would come in and you’ll get bitten like crazy throughout the night. Spoke to the staff about this multiple times (a customer service telephone at the entrance of the hotel) and they provided us with a fan which barely helped. They were not very helpful and quite sarcastic. Aircon was not fixed throughout our 4 nights stay here. Also, we had a faulty door which we had to wait for the repairman to come and fix it which made us miss our sightseeing tickets time slot. Definitely will not recommend!!! No compensation issued either.

Apartamento muito bem localizado. Perto do jardim da estrela. Apesar da rua não ter estacionamento, existem ruas perto com muito estacionamento (pago). Aconselhável o check-in antecipado para não perder tempo aquando da chegada. Apesar da dificuldade em efetuar o pagamento da taxa turística, ficou resolvido com contacto telefónico. Apartamento bem equipado, amplo e sem ruídos. A repetir.

Overall, location is good, quiet and easy to get into central area via tram/bus/uber. Kitchen facilities inside the studio are useful and cleaning service is provided to change towels. Areas of improvements needed: - No arrival instructions were provided, even when asked prior to arriving. This left us hanging outside the building as we had no access code to enter. - Dirty dishes were left inside the dishwasher when we arrived

I checked in on their self service, indicated I was alone and was charged €8, as my 訂房網站 booking stated I would have to pay €4 at the hotel I was not impressed. Checking in late, I paid and quickly contacted their email about the issue, they are now saying that it cannot be refunded, I am not satisfied. I found a dirty shoe print by my bed, that was not my own. I was given the accessible room which was quite noisy by the entry door where people who come and go at all time. The room was provided with a water bottle (not safely closed/could have refilled), some crackers/jam and 2 teas... Not sure what is someone meant to do with that selection. The description of the places states toothbrush and toothpaste are available, they are not, basic shower gel/shampoos and hand-wash are. Small body towels barely covering. The description said AC available but mine was hard locked and could not be used. The fridge did not have a bottom shelve to stock bottled upright. Half the curtains were stuck and could not be opened. You are provided with a sign to request cleaning which I did not used as I was here only two nights so it was quite surprising to be woken up at 4pm from my nap by the cleaner unlocking my room!! She apologised and left but I do not understand why she tried to come in in the first place. The location is practical, otherwise I would not recommend. Also the bed was very hard, I don't leave negative reviews but I was not impressed.

Stayed at many other locations of Lisbon Apartments. This is the worst one. The air conditioner didn’t work. The room was disgustingly dirty. When we tried to call to fix the problem, the lady on the phone was kinda rude. Don’t recommend this place!!!

O modal em informação do serviço de recessão é fantástico, mas a nossa fonte de consulta é excelente foi a brasileira funcionária carismática e muito atenciosa, nossos parabéns! Imóvel bem localizado, no coração Do Sítio Estrela, mas silencioso, agradável de ótimas instalações, próximo locomoção para (Belém, Alcântarade na porta da recepção) e (supermercado, café apenas 50m). A importância com a segurança dos hóspedes, com itens, identificação e dispositivos de seguranças para combate a princípios de sinistros. Contato direto com recepção remota na entrada, e não usei mais vimos ao lado da TV, interfone. Camas e demais eletrônicos, louças deixa qualquer apto desvantagem! ótimos para relaxa e aproveita um bom vinho e refletir a vida. Com tudo, adoramos o passeio a pontos turísticos o centro Da Estrela, à Basílica e algumas praças com várias famílias portuguesa, onde mostra a identidade de Portugal ainda preservada. We were told that we can leave our luggage in the storage locker (2£ each) on the ground floor but we tried three times and they were not functioning at all. Another resident told us that they had the same problem as well. Most importantly, the apartment is not responsible for the locker refund. Room is clean and the location is quiet. Easy to access once you got the code to enter.

The check in system is ass. It said I have to pay 8 euros at the hotel but I paid 12 at last. And jt kept saying that my reservation is in valid. Tho the customer service was helping me a lot, this shall not happen. We stand there for like 20min just for this mistake…

깨끗하고 좋아요. 단지 위치가 조금 아쉽긴하지만 깨끗하고 넓어서 추천합니다. 주변에 마트도 있고 장기투숙도 좋을것같아요

생각보다 좋았어요! 가격은 저렴해서 더 만족이었고요 근데 위치는 좀 애매하긴한데 관광지 갈때는 택시 타고 가면되요 마트는 가깝고요
